Refund policy

At Flip&Time, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review out return and refund policy below for detailed guidelines.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging
  • Some items, such as non-refundable items: Custom products, Discount Products, Samples, etc, may not be eligible for returns, so please contact us if there's any questions. (Please see the Process for Returns for further information)

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact us at flipandtime@gmail.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return
  3. We will then review the request and get back to you as soon as possible.
  4. If the request is approved, we will provide instruction on where to return the products.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refund may be issued in certain cases, such as when an item shows signs of use or is returned outside of the standard return period

We appreciate every single one of our customers and want to make sure they are satisfied.

If there are any problems with your pieces, or it they break due to production misstep, we will repair without extra charge. Just email flipandtime@gmail.com and we will get it fixed for you.
